{"id":622,"date":"2020-09-25T21:31:33","date_gmt":"2020-09-25T19:31:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clik.polito.it\/?post_type=challenge&#038;p=622"},"modified":"2020-09-25T21:55:30","modified_gmt":"2020-09-25T19:55:30","slug":"case-connected-autonomous-shared-electric-_by-fca-emobility","status":"publish","type":"challenge","link":"https:\/\/clik.polito.it\/en\/challenge\/case-connected-autonomous-shared-electric-_by-fca-emobility\/","title":{"rendered":"CASE: Connected Autonomous Shared Electric _By FCA eMobility"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Call for Ideas<\/h3>\n<p><strong>CASE, acronym of \u201cConnected Autonomous Shared Electric\u201d, in other words, \u201cThe Car of the Future\u201d.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>FCA, since years caring on evolution and market\/customer needs, proposes its challenge.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During the transition towards electric mobility, increasingly connected and autonomous, motor vehicles are becoming more and more performance but also more and more complex.<br \/>\nStarting from this opportunity, derived by the introduction and evolution of these new technologies, it is important to understand how the car can change, and specially:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lean Electric Vehicles &#8211; Simplify the electric car: identify concrete proposals for having &#8220;lean&#8221; electric vehicles, without what is no longer needed in the changed scenario of the propulsion system;<\/li>\n<li>Smart Grid Vehicles &#8211; Integration of electric vehicles on electric grid and with higher ability to interact with the network and infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Challenge:<\/h3>\n<p>The challenge concerns the identification and implementation of sustainable concepts, environmental impact as well as target costs, by significant improvements in one or more of the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Simplification of the car;<\/li>\n<li>Target Group focusing: Urban\/Suburban, Young\/Old, Disabled, \u2026.;<\/li>\n<li>Internal and external connection: energy as well as network infrastructure;<\/li>\n<li>Functional integration: e.g. in motion and in the charging phase;<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle sharing: Car sharing, Private car shared with a community, &#8230;;<\/li>\n<li>Power supply: Batteries as well as Fuel Cells and Batteries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This activity will be recognized within your educational plan with 8 CFU credits.<\/p>\n<p>Check your institutional email, look for \u2018Challenge@PoliTo\u2019 and read the regulation carefully.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SIGN UP NOW!
