The management of educational spaces is a complex and strategic challenge: classrooms, laboratories, and study areas constitute a high-value asset whose planning requires flexible and integrated tools driven by real time data. Tools such as digital twins, IoT, and location-based services allow for the creation of dynamic environmental representations to monitor usage and support interaction. This activity aims to establish a smart and participatory management system for the classrooms at Politecnico, integrating innovative solutions to make spaces more accessible, usable, and adaptive to the needs of the academic community.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHALLENGE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The goal is to develop an advanced process for planning and managing a large and diverse ecosystem of classrooms and educational spaces.
